These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of digital products from Darach AI Limited, including the AI Coding Cost Optimisation Kit.

1. About us

Darach AI Limited is a UK-based AI consultancy and digital product provider. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Darach AI Limited. References to "you" mean the customer purchasing or using our products.

2. The product

The AI Coding Cost Optimisation Kit is a digital product made available as downloadable files. It provides educational and practical guidance intended to help software teams better understand and manage AI coding tool costs.

3. Digital delivery

After purchase, the product will be delivered digitally through the checkout and delivery process provided by Lemon Squeezy or another authorised payment/delivery provider. No physical product will be shipped.

4. Licence to use

When you purchase the product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, or make the product available to others without our prior written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the product remain owned by Darach AI Limited unless otherwise stated. Purchasing the product does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because this is a digital product that is made available for download after purchase, refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered or downloaded, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a genuine technical issue accessing the product, please contact us and we will try to help.

7. No guarantee of results

The product is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific cost saving, commercial outcome, or operational result from using it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darach AI Limited will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Payment processing

Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another third-party provider. Their own terms, checkout, tax, payment, and refund processes may also apply.
